Bible Adventure

YGBC partners with JoyEl Ministries to provide a Bible Adventure, formerly Released Time Bible Program, and CIA for the students at Ferguson K-8 in York City.

Bible Adventure/CIA happens every Tuesday at 1:45 p.m. during the school year, and it is a program where 3rd-8th grade students can learn about living life God's way through Bible lessons, character instruction, and Bible memorization.  This is made possible by faithful volunteers, and this program allows them to become mentors in the lives of many of the youth in our local community.

The middle school program, CIA, is a great place for middle schoolers to build strong, close friendships with other like-minded teens. Students involved in CIA gain an understanding of God’s Word and why it’s important for their lives today.  CIA students learn how to pray, how to study the Bible, how to have daily devotions, and how to share their faith with others.  CIA provides students with an opportunity to discuss real-life issues with caring friends and adult leaders, and it gives students a safe place to ask spiritual questions and find answers.

If you are interested in volunteering for Bible Adventure/CIA at YGBC, use this link to apply and indicate that you would like to serve the students at Ferguson K-8.

**Students must have parental permission to participate in Bible Adventure/CIA.**
